Symptoms
Problem reported on Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) 19.6 X8-2 HA System
One ODA node reports the below errors while running simple odacli commands, such as:
odacli describe-component
or:
odacli list-jobs
Error:
DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Fail to start hand shake to localhost:7070
Same commands work fine from other ODA node in HA system.
