Symptoms

When using fleet maintenance gold image to update SIHA, it is possible to get a CLSRSC-105 error during the copy phase of twinauthpwdmgr for the "auth" subdirectoy. (error: Inappropriate ioctl for device)

For example:

we see that the "auth" subdirectory is missing.
