Symptoms

ODA server Patching from 18.8 to 19.8 failed at GI patching stage with error

INFO: Clusterware running on local node
SUCCESS : CRS is not running on the remote node.
INFO : configuring the grid home (gridStepup.sh)...
ERROR : Errors seen running gridSetup.sh (dryrun). Please check log file
