Symptoms
The create or replace trigger command fails during upgrade for below triggers:
SYSLSBY_EDS_DDL_TRIG
VNCR_INSERT
CAT_ROLLBACK_TRIGGER
REQUEST_DELETE_TRIGGER
DONE_TRIGGER
GSMLOGOFF
