OCI Program Which Executes a Query Having Group by Clause Returns Wrong Values (Doc ID 2761996.1)

OCI program may return wrong values if calling a query using group by clause.

Issue can be reproduced with below test case :

(OCI code is attached as test.txt, it should renamed to test.c before compilation)

Upgraded to 12.1.0.2
