Symptoms
After database upgrade from 11g to 19c high amount of child cursors might be getting created for SQLs when Data Redaction policy is enabled against those tables and the users (executing the query) has EXEMPT REDACTION POLICY privilege.
Many of the SQL IDs might show following message
“EXEMPT REDACTION POLICY mismatch(1)”
