User Group Got Removed when Deinstall 32-bit DB Client (Doc ID 2763572.1)

Symptoms

When deinstall 32-bit DB client on Windows environment that Grid Infrastructure has been also installed.
the following User Group may be removed.

ora_oper
ora_dba
ora_install
ora_grid_listeners
ora_asmadmin
ora_asmdba
ora_asmoper
ora_client_listeners
----------------------------------

Changes

 Deinstall 32-bit DB client via deinstall tool.
