19c RAC Randomly Reboots By Kernel Panic

Symptoms
On 19c RAC environment, the clusterware is randomly rebooted by kernel panic.
When the issue is occured, from vmcore-dmesg.txt, we can see oks_comm is dumped by the panic as odlm_process_message-> __KsPanic.
