Symptoms
odaadmcli manage diagcollect fails with the following message.
# odaadmcli manage diagcollect
Invoke /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/diagcollector.py
DataMask is set as false
Datasanitize is set as false
Please wait for several minutes for the collection to complete.
Current TFA version is:184400
Current TFA supports dataMask or dataSanitize options.
DataMask is as false
DataSanitize is as false
Only collect dcslogs is as false
TFACTL command is: /opt/oracle/tfa/tfa_home/bin/tfactl
Running command: /opt/oracle/tfa/tfa_home/bin/tfactl diagcollect -last 12h
Please wait for several minutes for the collection to complete.
Command return status code is 1
Diagnosis creation failed: I/O operation on closed file
Invoke /opt/oracle/dcs/bin/diagcollector.py
