 odacli create-vnetwork without gateway fails with DCS-10045.

# odacli create-vnetwork -n optnet -t bridged -if btbond2 -br optnet -ip 0:<IP1>,1:<IP2> -nm <NETMASK>
DCS-10045:Validation error encountered: Parameter 'vNetwork gateway' cannot be null.
