Creating OKV objects in parallel with the RESTful Services utility is failing with 'Invalid username or password Try again after 5 seconds' (Doc ID 2766975.1)

Symptoms

when creating objects using create_wallet or any other object parallelly getting error 'Invalid username or password. Try again after 5 seconds',

/usr/local/okv/tomcat/logs/cloud.1.0.log has the below error at the same time
