GridSetup.sh Is Failing On The New Server After Pushing The Goldimage To The New Server (Doc ID 2766999.1)

Symptoms

After setting up Goldimage, gridSetup.sh for Oracle Restart/Standalone fails with following error

SEVERE: [FATAL] [INS-40406] Oracle Grid Infrastructure software is either not configured, or is already configured with the version that cannot be upgraded with this tool.
