Symptoms

After an upgrade to Oracle 19c, the following Spatial Objects are invalid:

SDO_GEOMETRY MDSYS INVALID TYPE BODY
SDO_RDF MDSYS INVALID PACKAGE BODY
OPG_APIS MDSYS INVALID PACKAGE BODY
