Symptoms
DGMGRL> show configuration
Configuration - abc_PRIMARY_dgb
Protection Mode: MaxPerformance
Members:
abc_PRIMARY - Primary database
abc_STANDBY - Physical standby database
Error: ORA-16664: unable to receive the result from a database
Fast-Start Failover: DISABLED
Configuration Status:

Please check if database abc_PRIMARY is using a remote password file,
its remote_login_passwordfile is set to SHARED or EXCLUSIVE,
and the SYS or SYSDG password is the same as this database.
Failed to connect to remote database abc_PRIMARY. Error is ORA-01017
Failed to send message to site abc_PRIMARY. Error code is ORA-01017.
