Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

Goal

It is possible for a field to contain accents. It is not easy to search into such fields because it is possible to include or not include the accents when storing the data. For example, take a name stored as "Renée". If you search this field for "Renee" the row with "Renée" will not be found. The same type of problem will exist when trying to sort on this field.
