Goal
Creating a refreshable PDB clone with intents to use the refreshable PDB as a reporting database. Need to refresh PDB every hour of the day. Setup the PDB to be AUTO refresh every 60 minutes. PDB is OPEN READ ONLY, but is not auto-closing to perform refresh. It seems the PDB has to be in closed state for the refresh to automatically work. Is this correct behavior? If so, then it would seem we have to create a job to close the PDB, refresh, and then OPEN READ ONLY. Can you confirm this behavior?
If the above is true, is there a future enhancement for refreshable PDB where the auto refresh could perform these steps automatically to avoid us having to create a job?
