Purpose
There are cases where an upgrade to Oracle 19c, or the application of a 19c Release Update can result in the Oracle Spatial and Graph component being listed as INVALID in DBA_REGISTRY. This note lists some cases with action plans for a solution. If none of these cases are applicable to your situation, please file a new Service Request with Oracle Support.
