ORA-46659 / PDB OPEN_NO_MASTER_KEY trying to Clone TDE-PDB with Database link (Doc ID 2778618.1)

After  get  PDB OPEN_NO_MASTER_KEY   as a WALLET_TYPE on v$encryption_wallet, below  steps were performed:

Followed the steps in Newly Created PDB Inside The Container Database Shows Wallet Error "OPEN_NO_MASTER_KEY" (Doc ID 2443398.1) but still no luck on resolving ORA-46659.

Changes

 Create New PDB.
