There are 2 node RAC database with force logging option enable. For example, sqlldr direct=yes with force logging enabled.

SELECT force_logging FROM v$database;

However when we tried run a sqlldr process with option "direct=yes", the process ends well without generating redo.
How can we forbidden use of direct=y option to developers?
