SPACE_USED column in V$RECOVERY_FILE_DEST not Updated After a Change in the FRA Location (Doc ID 2780810.1)

FRA location was changed multiple times from one disk group to another due to space crunch. 

After housekeeping it was set back to the original disk group but the  V$RECOVERY_FILE_DEST did not show updated values in the SPACE_USED column.

In this case +FRA was used as FRA location, then changed to +DATA, and then changed back to +FRA

From ASM it showed the values of disk usage correctly:

because the file usage from v$flash_recovery_area_usage was already shown correctly.

Changes

 FRA location was changed multiple times from +FRA to +DATA
