Delete from WRH$_SQL_BIND_METADATA runs slowly and blocks other session in AWR Warehouse
This delete statement runs frequently and causes blocking for other jobs, sometimes running for multiple days at at time:
delete from WRH$_SQL_BIND_METADATA tab where (dbid = :dbid) and snap_id in (select snap_id from X$KEWRIPSL)

50 or more databases configured in AWR warehouse and retention policy is quite high for example 1 year.
