Symptoms

Attempt to login to the ODA GUI results in the following message:

Configure the oda-admin user password to comply with your system security requirements. After configuring the password, login using the new password.

and trying to change the oda-admin password via CLI as user root reports

[root@ivt-oda01 ~]# odacli-adm set-credential --password abcdefghijkl --username oda-admin
Confirm user password:
DCS-10054:Wallet has error: DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Cannot run program "cat": error=24, Too many open files.
