When using ogg v19.1.0.0.7 the replicat fails and if using the old version 19.1.0.0.1, the replicat process the records without issues.

The replicat error with Oggbd 19.1.0.0.7 is

As the old version process the same trail file, not sure how the specified
record was been consumed by the 19.1.0.0.1 replicat.
