Symptoms

Since upgrading from a 12.1.0.2 database running on Exadata to 19c, UPDATEs on a table with a spatial column fails with an ORA-13031. The error occurs even if the UPDATE is for a non-Spatial column, e.g.


The table has ROW MOVEMENT attribute ENABLED.
