Symptoms

When trying to connect to the database, the server crashes.

In alert.log :

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-12414: internal LBAC error: zllcfpo:OCITypeByName
Error: ORA-22303: type "LBACSYS"."LBAC_LABEL_LIST" not found
ORA-06512: at "LBACSYS.LBAC_CACHE", line 533
