Adding Node To The Cluster Complains About Missing Primary Key With Clone Option (Doc ID 2783974.1)

Goal

 When a node is added into the existing cluster using addInstance() option and selecting clone plugin as recovery method, MySQL Shell checks for the tables without primary key on the node to be added. It should not check the new node to be added as the entire data of it is going to be wiped.
