How to install Hadoop and Hive clients on the Oracle Database Side of Big Data SQL (BDSQL) Installations when Cloudera Distribution for Hadoop (CDH) repositories are not accessible

The database side of a BDSQL installation requires Hadoop and Hive client software to be installed.

If those client software packages are not installed on the database side, "./bds-database-install.sh" will succeed. But the subsequent
bds-database-install-<UNIQUE_IDENTIFIER>-root-script-<DBNODE>.sh will fail with an error like below:
