DEFAULT_ROLE for DBA shows as NO after grant to user after disabling Database Vault. OLS still shows as TRUE. (Doc ID 2786401.1)

Symptoms

After enabling then disabling Database Vault, granting the DBA role to a user is not applied correctly.
The DEFAULT_ROLE shows as NO for DBA.


TESTCASE

Steps to show this occurring:


1. Database Vault is enabled for the Oracle Database:



*NOTE:
- Granting the role is fine
- However, DEFAULT_ROLE shows as NO   <--- this can affect functionality.
