How to Troubleshoot PLS-201 Error When Compiling an INVALID Text, Spatial, or XDB Object (Doc ID 2786823.1)

Purpose

Database components Oracle Text, Oracle Spatial (SDO), or Oracle XML Database (XDB) can become invalid if there is at least one INVALID object under the database component's SYS user, i.e. CTXSYS for Text, MDSYS for SDO or XDB for XDB. This document provides troubleshooting steps to resolve PLS-201 errors when compiling such invalid objects.
