Backup or Upgrade in OCI Fails Due To Incorrect TDE Wallet Password (Doc ID 2787705.1)

The Automatic Backup or a Database Upgrade in OCI may fail with the following error

Error: Entered keystore password is incorrect
Error: Cannot verify the TDE password. The TDE password is incorrect or the stored TDE location is invalid.

NOTE: Sometimes the Post-Upgrade step may also fail while creating the Auto Login keystore due to same reason.
