False Corruption ORA-1498 for Compressed tables (Doc ID 2789589.1)

Symptoms

Analyze table validate structure of compressed tables fails with ORA-1498, but DBV or RMAN check logical validate doesn't detect any corruption.
ORA-1498 tracefile shows block is corrupted, but doesn't say how Oracle judged it is corrupted.
Blockdump is written in readable format, not binary dump, and contains for each block

skipping corrupted block at rdba: xxxxxxxxxx
