Symptoms
When datafiles are added on the primary database by specifying the file name as follows:
Configuration
Data Guard (Physical Standby)
Both primary database and standby databases use ASM.
standby_file_management initialization parameter is set to AUTO at standby database. Add a datafile at primary database.
Changes
Add a datafile at primary database.
