SCMN process SPAWNED OFSD THREAD after dropping disk , not able to delete the disk from OS (Doc ID 2790264.1)

As part of SAN migration dropped old disks and added new disks.
Now trying to delete from OS end

few disks throwing error

DT04_544G_07 DT04_544G_007

During SAN migration , trying to delete old disks and replacing with new disks
