Symptoms

ORA-00600: [ktspfmdb:objdchk_kcbnew_3] is reported during index rebuild online' on a queue table index  with a continuous load of enqueue/dequeue running in parallel.

Executing the following in parallel reproduces the problem -

Session 1: Keep enqueueing messages in a queue
Session 2: Keep dequeueing messages from a queue
Session 3: Execute 'alter index .. rebuild online' on the dequeue index (AQ$_<QT>_I) of a queue table
