Symptoms

The coe_xfr_sql_profile.sql script which comes with SQLTXPAIN does specifically exclude execution plans with REMOTE components. This results in scripts being produced which can result in execution plan profiles which are inefficient.

Changes

 A SQL Profile script produced from coe_xfr_sql_profiles.sql can use an inefficient plan with a REMOTE access
