Missing Audit Actions when setting up DEFAULT AUDIT by secconf.sql execution 11g (Doc ID 2795697.1)

Symptoms

The purpose is to obtain the same AUDIT default setup  as the one when DB 11g is installed.

After undoaud.sql and secconf.sql execution DEFAULT auditing should be setup on the DB, as a result AUDIT TABLE BY ACESS was not reflected on dba_stmt_audit_opts as is not considered as a default on documentation.
