Symptoms
SQL with same execution plan was running in 3 to 5 mins in UAT environment , whereas in PROD it was completing within 10 secs.
Data was same. Execution plan was same. However, UAT env had atleast 10x times more consistent reads compared to PROD env for the SQL.
