Symptoms
After downgrade the primary database while executing the below statement in the logical standby, it fails
Downgrade database with logical standby in place.
Changes
Upgrade primary database where there are one more logical standby database configured and then downgrade the primary db. Then again upgrade the primary db for testing without making sure the logical standby is in sync with primary and then downgrade the primary again. Now when trying to start the apply on logical standby, it fails.
