FLASHBACK VERSIONS QUERY GIVES ORA-00600 [KTRVFBK_3] (Doc ID 2799799.1)

Symptoms

Flashback versions query fails intermittently:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktrvfbk_3], [], [], [], [], [],[], []

The problem occurs intermittently for the same sql which may run successfully
several times and then suddenly fail.
Once the error occurs, it is persistent.

Thsi issue is still reproducible in 19c as well with the testcase customer shared:
