RAT: Replay through Workload Replay Client Fails with Error: OCI-21500: internal error code, arguments: [17112]

Symptoms
In Real Application Testing (RAT), replay through the Workload Replay Client (WRC) fails with OCI-21500 [17112].
The capture and the replay were performed with PLSQL extended mode.
During Database Replay, one of WRC clients fails with a segmentation fault and the following error:
Wait for the replay to start (17:18:46)
Replay client 3 started (17:30:37)
Errors in file :
OCI-21500: internal error code, arguments: [17112], [0x2AE2A20317C0], [], [], [], [], [], []
