Changing parameter at the PDB level generates REDO , so the change cannot be done directly on the ADG due to its read only nature. UNDO_RETENTION changes must come from primary and the changes will get applied on ADG, once the REDO applied.

This requires PDB restart, after the REDO applied on ADG.
