 %FORMS-E-CDDEXTRACT, error extracting record CDD$TOP.JACOMMON.JAFORMW0 from CDD/Plus.        
-CDD-F-NOATTACH, unable to attach to dictionary database                                    
-RDB-F-WRONG_ODS, the on-disk structure of the database file is not supported by this version
-RDMS-F-ROOTMAJVER, database format 73.0 is not compatible with software version 74.0        

Cannot access our data tables with 7.4 -1 running
