Symptoms
- AWR shows all time spent in DB CPU for a complex SQL. The time may or may not be recorded as parse elapsed.
- 10046 shows time is either unaccounted for outside of waits or in cpu(CPU measurement may not be accurate) but is between parse start and end.
- loop of oradebug stacks or a 'perf record' showing all time spent in kghfnd_in_free_lists
- Stack is likely to be deep and recursive in nature
