The hardware and firmware does not match with the profile for NIC (Doc ID 2804122.1)

Symptoms

After ESS upgrade on compute node, HW profile check for NIC card failing with following error :

1. Node01 ~]# /opt/oracle.SupportTools/CheckHWnFWProfile

2. There were difference  in FW version on nodes.

[Node01 ~]# ethtool -i eth14 | grep pkg
 

Sometimes FW is upgraded but still HW profile check is failed.

Changes

   ESS patching was done on compute node.
