Reconcile Task is reporting the following incident in Upstream :

ORA-64771: reconcile error during DO_PENDING_REP_SETUP; replication server: <REPLICATION_SERVER_NAME>; database: <DB_UNIQUE_NAME>
ORA-64776: message from downstream replication server during reconcile client put: "
ORA-45200: HTTP status code: 401
ORA-45201: additional Information: User <REPLICATION_USERNAME> does not have access to db_unique_name <DB_UNIQUE_NAME>"
ORA-29268: HTTP client error 401 - Unauthorized
Verify the users with access to the Protected db <DB_UNIQUE_NAME> in Downstream :

NOTE : The username specified by the error ORA-45201 <REPLICATION_USERNAME> does not appears in the output of the query.
