Goal
When attempting to perform a Data Definition Language (DDL) or a Data Manipulation Language (DML) statement in a Logical Standby Database with a user other than SYS and/or SYSDBA privileged ones, error ORA-01031 is raised although the correct privileges are in place for the user:
