Cannot create appliance after a failed one
Description
===========
I created an appliance but it failed with the error Failed to discovery diskgroups. I ran the cleanup script with -erasedata and -checkHeader options, after that I entered to the web gui but it show the system and the message that the creation of the appliance failed, and the need to run the cleanup the script. I also try to create the appliance via command line with odacli create-appliance, both using the same saved configuration file, and a new one. But the error message was this DCS-10047:Same Job is already running : Provisioning FAILED in different request.
