The value of EVENT_TIME from xml audit file is incorrect

Symptoms
In DIRECTORY audit, there are time lag between the audit files and the
collected data.
AVS(UTC) : 01:13:10 27th May
Target Server: 10:13:01 27th May
In this case, if audit file was collected immediately, EVENT_TIME and AV_TIME
should be shown about 01:13 27th May in event_log table of AVS.
However, EVENT_TIME shows 16:13 26th in it.
