Unified Audit Policies are not disabled after executing NOAUDIT POLICY (Doc ID 2811062.1)

Goal

Even after disabling a unified audit policy by successfully executing the NOAUDIT POLICY statement on it, the same still appears as enabled on the AUDIT_UNIFIED_ENABLED_POLICIES view:

Why is this happening? What am I doing wrong?
