Symptoms
Not able to start the last Node Database Instance In a multinode RAC Cluster Database After the RU Patching is completed successfully.
It is the last node of the Cluster Patched and Database Instance is not starting.
opatch lsinventory is showing all the patches applied on both of the Nodes.
kfod op=patchlvl and kfod op=patches are showing up same on both of the nodes.

Instance xxxxxx1 is running on node xxxxxx01. Instance status: Instance Starting.
Instance xxxxxx2 is running on node xxxxxx02. Instance status: Open.
